Paul has been an integral part of Stewart Electric since 2010, starting as a Field Technician and quickly earning his way up to Lead Foreman, then Utility Field Operations Manager in 2022. Throughout his journey, Paul has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to excellence.
In his new role as General Manager, Paul will oversee all six divisions of our company. He will be responsible for aligning teams across departments, coordinating inter-division operations, and ensuring seamless integration of procedures and standards—ultimately enhancing the quality and consistency of service our clients have come to expect.
Paul’s dedication to teamwork, efficiency, and innovation continues to elevate our organization, and we are proud to have him helping lead the way forward.

IBEW Local 103 Toy Drive
For the past four years, Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc. has been honored to support the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 annual Toy and Hats & Gloves Drive, helping families in need across the greater Boston area. This year was no exception!
Our stops included Everett City Hall, Clarendon Hill Towers, Somerville City Hall (where @Colby had the pleasure of meeting Somerville Mayor @Katjana Ballantyne), the Lawrence Boys & Girls Club, and Methuen City Hall.
A huge thank you to Bernie Sharpe David O’Laughlin, Tim Long, Jay Frazier, Rene Dozier and Louis Antonellis for their hard work and dedication to making this possible, and to Amy Rottler from SEC for teaming up with Colby Bruce to deliver these donations. MESA membership is comprised of elevator consultants, elevator contractors, inspectors, elevator industry vendors, building owners, the Elevator Board of Regulations for the Commonwealth and those interested in the elevator field. There is no other group of this type in the area where representatives from the consulting firms working in Massachusetts, the Board of Elevator Regulations, and representatives from many of the Commonwealth’s elevator companies come together on a regular basis.
Colby Bruce gave an informative presentation: Related Work by Others: Important Code Requirments & How “Turn-Key” Contractors Can Help”. (See below for Slide presentation). The event also included networking, vendor displays, cocktail hour, lunch, shop tour, giveaways, a raffle, and corn hole games.

Stewart Electrical Personifies the 'Spirit of Giving'
Stewart Electrical Contracting was among several NECA Contractors to participate in IBEW Local 103’s annual toy drive. In addition to donating $500 worth of hats, gloves, and toys, the company contributed the use of its box truck to help deliver the donated items to the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club and Methuen City Hall, where they were shipped to communities throughout the Boston region. Although it was a bit windy and cold, that didn’t stop Colby Bruce and Dennis Cole along with 2 of our valuable clients from enjoying the Smuttynose BeKIND charity golf tournament. The Smuttynose BeKIND initiative teamed up with PGA HOPE New England, a non-profit program partnered with PGA professionals to introduce the game of golf to Veterans with disabilities to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. A portion of event proceeds and raffle ticket sales will be donated to PGA HOPE New England to support their cause.
