For the past five years, Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc. has been honored to support the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 annual Toy and Hats & Gloves Drive, helping families in need across the greater Boston area. This year was no exception!
A huge thank you to Bernie Sharpe, David O’Laughlin, Tim Long, Jay Frazier, Rene Dozier and Louis Antonellis for their hard work and dedication to making this possible, and to Mike Beaudry and Franklin Del-Rosario from SEC to deliver these donations. Together, we’re making a difference in our community!
José L. Morales promoted to Utility Field Operations Manager

José has been an integral part of Stewart Electric since 2024 as Procurement Manager where he skillfully oversaw company wide procurement activity across 5 trade divisions; Electrical, Utility, HVAC, Carpentry, Fire Alarm. In this role, he achieved impressive cost-efficiency and savings, strategic vendor consolidation, bulk purchasing, and competitive bidding.
Throughout his journey, José has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, teamwork, negotiating skills, project management, and a deep commitment to excellence.
Paul Pierzynski promoted to General Manager
Please join us in congratulating Paul Pierzynski on his well-earned promotion to General Manager of Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc.!
Paul has been an integral part of Stewart Electric since 2010, starting as a Field Technician and quickly earning his way up to Lead Foreman, then Utility Field Operations Manager in 2022. Throughout his journey, Paul has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to excellence.
In his new role as General Manager, Paul will oversee all six divisions of our company. He will be responsible for aligning teams across departments, coordinating inter-division operations, and ensuring seamless integration of procedures and standards—ultimately enhancing the quality and consistency of service our clients have come to expect.
Paul’s dedication to teamwork, efficiency, and innovation continues to elevate our organization, and we are proud to have him helping lead the way forward.

Jason Jennings awarded “Million Dollar” Man Award
CELEBRATING SUCCESS: Congratulations to Jason Jennings, Business Development Manager at Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc. for reaching the status of “Million Dollar Man” not only once, but twice in 5 weeks! So, Jason is a two time champion.
Jason joined SEC within the past year and has been a great addition to the team. He demonstrates amazing teamwork, focus, perseverance, and dedication in his work. His commitment, sacrifice, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond had paid off. He excels in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
A huge congratulations to Jason from all of us at SEC!! We see nothing but great growth potential with Jason at the helm—as he develops many more millions in new Elevator Modernization projects.!

Colby Bruce appointed Vice President of Stewart Electrical Contracting
Exciting Leadership Announcement: Please join us in congratulating Colby Bruce on his recent promotion to Vice President of Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc.!
Colby’s journey with Stewart Electric began in 2004 as an Apprentice Electrician. Over the past two decades, his dedication, leadership, and expertise have taken him from the field to the front office—most recently serving as our Operations Manager before stepping into this new executive role in July 2025.
In 2023, Colby was selected to join the prestigious NECA Innovation Institute's Bell Cohort, recognizing him as one of the top 10 emerging national leaders in electrical construction.
This promotion is a testament to Colby’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and the long-term success of our company and industry. We’re proud to have him leading the charge into the future!

Colby Bruce graduates from NECA Innovation Institute
Please join us in congratulating Colby Bruce on graduating from the Innovation Institute Bell Cohort through the National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA.
The graduation ceremony was the culmination of a very comprehensive year-long program with peers in the electrical field. All of us at Stewart Electrical Contracting, Inc. are very proud of Colby and this impressive accomplishment!
The black tie ceremony was located in San Diego, CA. He attended with his beautiful, and very supportive wife, Sara Bruce. (September 28 - October 1st, 2024)

Stewart Electrical Personifies the 'Spirit of Giving'
Stewart Electrical Contracting was among several NECA Contractors to participate in IBEW Local 103’s annual toy drive. In addition to donating $500 worth of hats, gloves, and toys, the company contributed the use of its box truck to help deliver the donated items to the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club and Methuen City Hall, where they were shipped to communities throughout the Boston region.
